After the carpet has been ripped up, the preparation starts before the application of the 2-part epoxy. The epoxy type is strictly based on the client’s preference. It includes:

• Self-Leveling Epoxy: Self-leveling epoxy coatings are easy to install over new and old concrete floors as they level easily creating a seamless and smooth surface. It can be used in kitchens, dining rooms, garages, office buildings, and more.
• Vapor Barrier: Liquid epoxy vapor barriers are applied directly over concrete floors to provide a Vapor barrier. It’s applied before the final flooring surface including sheet vinyl, tile, carpet, or hardwood floors.
• Flaked Epoxy: This is actually a style of applying the epoxy. Multi-colored flakes or chips are added into the epoxy coating while it is still wet to provide a decorative finish or look.

Later, the finished product is polished to get the desired shine and finish. For vinyl flooring, the flex is properly laid and stick to the floor. Cut Straight in line, sealed, and prepared for use within 72 hours.
